Matt LeBlanc and the Chabad Telethon?

Is this video from a real episode of Joey? Is Matt LeBlanc just plugging the telethon? Is at a separate ad that they just shot using the Joey set?

We really don't want to have to watch more than a 1:18 clip to find out, so if someone could just e-mail us and let us know, that would be a real mitzvah. Or is it matzah?
